Chan and Introspection of Life

Description

  • To study theory and concepts as a solid base to help understand the relationship between Chan meditation and the adjustment of body & mind;
  • practice meditation, learn the Chan approach and experience a deeply introspective mental state. The final aim is to apply these experiences to one’s everyday life, to one’s relationship with the self, with others and with the universe.
  • course will cover lectures, exercises (including meditation, relaxation, dynamic Chan meditation, etc.) and discussion.
