Description

The local cultural resources have greatest being of help regarding the local development, but “culture” related project and local “development” links must meet the relative requirement and the essential factor. This curriculum in view of these conditions and the essential factor formation theory is a foundation, enumerates the domestic and foreign cases, discusses each kind of development model, the support system, the partner structure, the strategy plan, possibly and brings negative influence.
