This course explores the functions, core elements, and processes of strategic management in non-profit organizations. The focuses are on how to integrate strategy formulation into the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. It also focuses on strategy implementation and operational management in marketing, finance, personnel, structure, technology, and services.
