Description

Projects dealing with digital divide are often associated with decisions on technology infrastructure, deployment, and program design for user incentives. This course strengthens students' sensitivity and capacity on information technology infrastructure, enables students to work with businesses, governmental agents, and non-government organizations in planning and implementing ICT-related developmental projects.
