President Liu An-Chi, Professor Yu Yue-hwa of the Department of Environmental Engineering, National Taiwan University, and President Chu Wen-Sen of the Environmental & Infrastructural Technologies, Inc. visited together Chengdu University of China and signed the "academic exchange and cooperation letter of intent" between two schools.
