Chan, what is it? Leading to the reality of life and reaching the settlement of body and mind.
Due to the lack of understanding of the reality of life, many entanglements of the body and mind are created by oneself and therefore hinder the developments of one’s life. How can we get rid of those entanglements that place limit or confinement, big or small, in the growth of our body and mind?       The Chan school of Buddhism offers many perspectives and methods of practice on this subject, revealing the reality of life in depth and broad scope with the mindfulness practice of Chan school. Now, let us take a peek into just a small part of this great world of Chan.
