Cross-strait Tri-regional Collaboration for Civil Society Development” was held together with the College of Hakka Studies of NCU, the Institute of Hakka Political Economy and the Institute of Government and Law of National Central. The forum was held by the dean, Jiang Ming-xiu, of the College of Hakka Studies of NCU, and the director professor of the Reaearch Center of the Civil Society, Chen Jian-min, delivered the keynote lecture. It was participated by around fifty people including the president Liu An-Chi and professors and students from other schools.
