School Ethics requires in-depth practice by both teachers and students
The “Six Ethics of the Mind” movement proposed by Master Sheng Yen includes Family Ethics, Living Ethics, School Ethics, Environmental Ethics, Workplace Ethics, as well as Ethics between ethnic groups. Each individual plays more than a single role within these six ethics. No matter which role is played, one should develop a correct concept: We give for the sake of playing our roles and fulfilling our duties, rather than asking for more; we should respect and care for others while seeking our own benefit. So, the value of ethics lies in service and contribution, not craving and competition. This concept applies to any of the Six Ethics
