Master Sheng Yen convenes the second preparatory meeting, calling together the directors of all the 6 graduate schools, who report on the planning work and its results. During the meeting the Master announces that DDM has appointed Prof. Liu An-Chi as executive advisor to the preparatory office, in charge of and participating in the planning and preparatory tasks for the graduate schools. The committee also appoints Prof. Cheng Hong-yu to the Graduate School for Environment and Sustainable Management to assist in its planning
