The Director, Liu An-zhi, of the Preparatory Office of the University and the Executive Management Group leader, Wu Jin-zhang, visited the Minister of Education, Mr. Zheng.  In addition to inviting Minister to the 11/28 Ground breaking ceremony of the University, and reported on the progress of the preparation of DDU.
