Thank you for your interest in booking our venue. As Degui Academy is an environmentally friendly place built in accordance with the “Save the Earth” principle, it endeavors to produce less trash, carry out recycling, and minimize water and electricity use. Therefore, we hope you can observe the following guidelines:

1. Non-vegetarian foods are not allowed anywhere in the building. Kindly inform all participants of this rule.
2. All borrowed items should be put back in place after use.
3. ermission should be obtained for putting up any posters or papers. Once permitted, Blu-Tack, instead of adhesive tape or the like, should be used.
4. Categorization of trash (including kitchen waste) should be implemented as stipulated.
5. Everyone is advised to bring one’s own mug, chopsticks, bag, and handkerchief. Avoid using any disposable tableware, tissues, or PVC made plastic cups, bottles or bags.
6. Open the windows to increase ventilation. Set the air-con temperature at 28℃. Electric appliances not in use should be turned off.
7. You are advised to deliver event messages using the black (white) board.
