The program of environment and development is designed for the students who already have a theoretical knowledge of physics, science and management. It provides that multiple learning for understanding the core ideas of environment. The student can develop their articulating ability both in theory and practice. The learning capability index can be involved into the program from three dimensions as follows:

1. Attitude: Actively exploring and interdisciplinary learning.
2. Professional skill: Constructing the theoretical foundation of research, understanding the importance of interpersonal communication and environmental ethics, the ability of investigating and analyzing the environmental issues and pay attention in cooperation ability.

Vision and Global context:  Respecting the natural environment and ecology, understanding the environmental migration of the earth and its dynamic connection with ecological evolution, and understanding the meaning of life and the environmental ethics.So that students will learn to think critically and benefit from self-reflection.
